Responsibilities
This individual will primarily be responsible for designing and producing sets of plans for our clients
Work from sketches, blueprints, computer models, and verbal information provided by the engineer to determine the most appropriate views, detail drawings, and additional information to complete drawings of basic components and revise existing drawings
Develop 2D & 3D models as required & requested
Development of Inclusions, exclusions and assumptions used to prepare drawings
Review plans and drawings to ensure scope of work is covered
Work closely with the BIM coordinator, engineers, and other team members
Maintain neat and organized filing system containing all documents and information used for drawings
Maintain clear lines of communication with project team throughout the project
Attend project meetings as requested to support project team in execution of project
Consistently follow practices and procedures
Skills/Experience
0-2 years of experience in AutoCAD
School or Work experience preferred
Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
High School Degree Required
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office suite, general PC computer use
